Position Overview
The Office Assistant will be responsible for handling a variety of administrative tasks to keep our office running smoothly. This position requires strong organizational skills, professionalism, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities


  • Answer and direct inbound and outbound phone calls in a professional manner

  • Manage incoming and outgoing emails, ensuring timely responses and follow-ups

  • Perform general office duties including scanning, filing, and data entry

  • Maintain accurate records and organize client/staff documentation

  • Assist with scheduling and calendar management as needed

  • Provide support to management and staff with administrative tasks

  • Greet visitors and provide excellent customer service

Qualifications

  • Previous office or administrative experience preferred

  • Strong communication and organizational skills

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively

  • Professional demeanor and reliability are essential
