Responsibilities
- Answer and direct inbound and outbound phone calls in a professional manner
- Manage incoming and outgoing emails, ensuring timely responses and follow-ups
- Perform general office duties including scanning, filing, and data entry
- Maintain accurate records and organize client/staff documentation
- Assist with scheduling and calendar management as needed
- Provide support to management and staff with administrative tasks
- Greet visitors and provide excellent customer service
- Previous office or administrative experience preferred
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
