On-Site Locums OB-GYN Opportunity in Maryland with No Call
We have an ongoing locum tenens opportunity for an experienced OB-GYN to provide in-house coverage in Maryland. This is a chance to pick up shifts on a flexible, ongoing basis while managing low- and high-risk pregnancies and deliveries without the responsibility of being on call.

Practice Setting
- Inpatient-only position on a 13-bed floor
- Level 3 Trauma Center
- See an average of 15 patients per shift
- You'll be working with a support staff of 10 RNs
- Responsible for supervising advanced practice providers
Schedule
- Scheduled clinical hours only
- 24-hour in-house shifts
- The facility is open to accepting multiple providers to help cover the need
- There is an ongoing need for coverage
Procedures and Cases
- Vaginal and C-section deliveries
- Management of low- and high-risk pregnancies
- FHR interpretation and Amniocentesis
- Handling of breech, multiple births, and abruptions
- Repair of 3rd and 4th degree lacerations
Requirements
- Board Certified in Obstetrics and Gynecology
- Active Maryland license or Open to IMLC Physicians
- ACLS certification is required
- Must be able to handle both OB and ED consults
- Must have experience with surgical gynecology, including open and laparoscopic procedures
