Responsibilities

• Perform all collection procedures and ensure policies and procedures are followed.
• Advise and assist in the orientation and training of other personnel on equipment and software as necessary.
• Deliver the most remarkable patient experience in every dimension, every time.

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or GED, required.
• Experience: One year of relevant phlebotomy experience, preferred.
• Licensure/Certification: ASCP, ASPT, AMT or NHA (new hire and/or new phlebotomist must obtain certification within 6 months of hire), required.
• Additional Skills: Knowledge of medical terminology; ability to communicate with medical staff; ability to respond calmly to emergencies; ability to follow written protocols; ability to work independently; strong communication and interpersonal skills.
