Position Overview

Route Delivery Driver. You will safely and professionally deliver OEM automotive parts, ensuring high standards of customer service and satisfaction while serving our commercial customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Route Management: Handle home-daily delivery routes and plan daily schedules based on customer needs.
• Loading and Unloading: Safely load and unload automotive parts, following safety protocols and preventing freight damage.
• Vehicle Maintenance: Perform pre- and post-trip maintenance checks on your assigned box truck to ensure safety and optimal performance.
• Customer Interaction: Deliver parts accurately, present bills and receipts professionally, and assist customers as needed.
• Documentation: Complete and submit all required paperwork neatly and accurately at the end of your route.

Requirements

• Driving Experience: 1+ years in a professional driving role with a similar sized vehicle (20-26 ft box truck).
• Safety: Safe driving record with no more than 1 accident and no more than 2 moving violations within the past 3 years.
• Physical Capability: Ability to lift 75 lbs and handle high-volume physical work during deliveries.
• Skills: Basic computer skills and ability to identify various automotive parts.
• Certifications: Valid driver’s license with no major restrictions.

Required Documents To Be Submitted Upon Hire

• Valid driver’s license.
• MVR authorization form.
• Valid DOT medical card or the ability to obtain one.
• Driver employment application.
• Safety performance history report.
