Resident Manager for 76 units scattered in the Mission District. Daily administration, maintenance and full occupancy of the residential community in San Francisco. Supervision of staff and contractual workers; after-hours emergencies by pager; rent collection & posting; bank deposits; tenant selection; maintenance oversight; unit inspections; move-in/out procedures; lease agreements; tenant files; tenant relations; recertifications; processing legal notices; attending required meetings, training seminars and workshops. Qualifications
3+ years of affordable housing property management experience, preferably with HUD, Tax Credit or other low income housing programs. 3+ years of experience supervising staff. Ability to generate written correspondence, reports and documentation. Accounting/bookkeeping skills for resident accounts receivable ledgers; Yardi experience preferred. Ability to resolve conflicts; maturity to handle emergencies and resident concerns; meet necessary time restrictions. Flexibility and ability to relate effectively with a variety of persons, including people with special needs. Strong verbal communication and teamwork ability.
