Credence has an immediate need for a Risk Manager to support the Army Positioning, Navigation and Timing (PM PNT) System Engineering and Technical Assistance (SETA) Program. The SETA requirement covers administrative, business management, programmatic contracting, information technology (IT), program management, engineering, logistics, test and evaluation (T&E), training, operations, security, technology protection, foreign military sales, and acquisition and strategic planning services. The SETA services support the planning, development, management, sustainment, and execution of the U.S. Army\'s PNT portfolio.

PM PNT provides coordinated PNT system of systems architecture and associated PNT products for the Army\'s mounted and dismounted platforms. PM PNT is the Army\'s lifecycle manager for the Mounted Assured PNT System (MAPS), Dismounted Assured PNT System (DAPS), Assured Protection and Alt Nav Technology Development; and the Resiliency and Software Assurance Measures (RSAM). This effort is conducted in CONUS and OCONUS and historically involves 70 FTE.

Salary Range : Full pay range for this position is $120,000 to $160,000 per year, with the starting wage determined based on candidate\'s knowledge, skills, experience, as well as budget availability.

Responsibilities

Develop, update, and manage the PM PNT Risk Management products utilizing the Government provided risk management tool.

Modify the PM PNT risk management plan in accordance with IPT and leadership decisions.

Manage and lead PM PNT product Risk IPTs to identify and document risks.

Document the status of all PM PNT product risks and provide risk-related information for product acquisition documentation.

Prepare risk materials, attend, and brief risk status at PM PNT product meetings (PMRs, IPRs, and milestone reviews).

Additional nice-to-have requirements

Develop, update, and manage PM PNT product IMSs using Microsoft Project synchronized with Project Web Application (PWA).

Attend classified and unclassified PM PNT product, platform, and client contracting meetings to gather schedule inputs and present schedule products.

Follow PM PNT Policy and maintain IMS development/maintenance standards.

Provide IMS schedule data to support Acquisition Strategies and milestone briefs to PM PNT leadership.

Monitor program schedule and expenditure reports to track progress and identify issues.

Update program documentation and briefings with revised schedules and data.

Provide configuration control for documentation and maintain SharePoint sites.

Track and respond to taskers from internal and external customers.

Education, Requirements and Qualifications

Active Secret level security clearance or higher required.

Bachelor\'s degree with 7 years experience, or Master\'s degree with 5 years experience, or 11 years experience in DoD program scheduling.

Expertise in Microsoft Project, Primavera (or similar) programs; strong Microsoft Project skills.

Operational support experience; DoD systems acquisition, budgeting, and scheduling preferred.

PMP certification desired.

Leveraging AI to streamline and enhance the efficiency of the Integrated Master Scheduler role.
