Warehouse Manager Bilingual Korean

Responsibilities
Oversee all warehouse functions including receiving, storage, picking, packing, and shipping. Manage and develop warehouse staff; recruit, train, and evaluate performance. Ensure inventory accuracy, proper documentation, and compliance with company and regulatory standards. Monitor and control warehouse budget, labor costs, and productivity KPIs. Implement process improvements and technology solutions (WMS, automation, lean practices). Maintain high standards of safety, quality, and efficiency. Collaborate with logistics, procurement, and production teams to align operations with business goals. Provide regular reports and insights to senior management. Qualifications
Bilingual in Korean Bachelor’s degree in logistics, supply chain, or related field (preferred). 5–7 years of warehouse/logistics experience, with at least 2–3 years in a management role. Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Proficiency with warehouse management systems (WMS), ERP, and MS Office. Proven track record in process optimization, cost control, and team development. Physical ability to oversee active warehouse operations. Additional Information
