Executive Leadership / Regional VP About the Role: We are seeking a seasoned
Senior Client Partner
to lead and grow strategic enterprise relationships in regulated industries such as
Financial Services, Insurance, Life Sciences, and Healthcare . This role is ideal for a relationship-driven executive with a proven track record of expanding complex accounts and navigating global delivery models in collaboration with large system integrators. Key Responsibilities
Account Leadership:
Own and manage 1–3 large enterprise accounts, acting as the primary executive interface. Growth Strategy:
Develop and execute account expansion strategies, including upselling, cross-selling, and solution innovation. Client Engagement:
Build trusted advisor relationships with senior client stakeholders across business and technology functions. Delivery Oversight:
Partner with global delivery teams and system integrators to ensure high-quality execution and client satisfaction. Industry Expertise:
Leverage deep domain knowledge in regulated industries to identify opportunities and shape client transformation agendas. Commercial Management:
Drive revenue growth, renewals, and profitability through strategic planning and execution. Governance & Reporting:
Lead quarterly business reviews, executive steering committees, and performance reporting. Ideal Candidate Profile
Experience:
10+ years in client-facing roles managing large enterprise accounts, preferably in regulated industries. Location:
Based in or willing to relocate to the
New Jersey area . Industry Knowledge:
Strong understanding of compliance, risk, and operational challenges in Financial Services, Insurance, Life Sciences, or Healthcare. Partnerships:
Experience working with
large system integrators
and managing
global delivery models . Track Record:
Demonstrated success in
expanding enterprise accounts , driving multi-million dollar growth. Skills:
Strategic thinking, executive communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management. Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Technology, or related field. Familiarity with digital transformation, data platforms, cloud, and AI solutions. Experience with Salesforce, ServiceNow, or similar enterprise platforms. Why Join Us?
