Embarc Advisors is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Part-Time Growth Marketing Director to lead our marketing function with a strong emphasis on lead development, eMarketing campaign management, and HubSpot strategy. This role requires a blend of strategic thinking and hands-on execution. The successful candidate will be responsible for building a robust marketing pipeline, creating and optimizing campaigns, and ensuring our HubSpot software is fully leveraged to generate measurable business outcomes. This position is ideal for a marketing leader who thrives in a growth-oriented environment, values collaboration with sales and leadership teams, and can deliver creative and data-driven solutions on a part-time basis (30 hours per week, with some flexibility on determining the fixed schedule). Lead Development & Demand Generation: build and execute strategies to attract, qualify, and convert leads across multiple channels; establish and manage lead scoring models and nurture tracks; collaborate with the sales team for smooth lead handoff and alignment on qualification criteria; regularly analyze pipeline metrics to identify gaps and forecast growth. HubSpot Management & Optimization: oversee full utilization of HubSpot Marketing Hub and CRM integration; create and manage email workflows, automated campaigns, and lifecycle nurturing; maintain data integrity and best practices for segmentation, personalization, and automation; develop dashboards and reports for leadership to track campaign performance, pipeline health, and ROI; stay updated on new HubSpot features and adoption opportunities. eMarketing Campaign Oversight: plan, execute, and measure multi-channel eMarketing campaigns (email, SEO, social media, webinars/virtual events); implement A/B testing to refine messaging, creative, and offers; manage campaign calendars for consistent and timely delivery. Creative Content & Brand Messaging: direct and review content for blogs, whitepapers, case studies, landing pages, and social media; ensure alignment with brand positioning and target personas; collaborate with designers, copywriters, and partners to deliver assets; maintain a consistent brand voice across channels. Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree with 6+ years of relevant marketing experience, preferably in financial advisory, legal, or professional services environments. Proven track record in B2B lead generation and digital marketing campaign execution. HubSpot Marketing Hub expertise (certification strongly preferred). Proficiency with SEO and analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, LinkedIn Ads Manager). Strong project management skills with the ability to juggle multiple campaigns and tight deadlines.
