Role summary

We are migrating our global operations to Salesforce as our core CRM. About 1,000 users are live today, with ~700 more to onboard. We’re rolling out market by market and business line by business line. We’re hiring a Business Analyst to turn business needs into clear, testable requirements and keep sprints supplied with Definition-of-Ready work. You’ll map processes, define data and non-functional requirements, partner with Product, Architecture, Admins, and Engineering, and lead UAT with stakeholders and the Center of Excellence to deliver consistently as the rollout scales. This role is Remote or Hybrid in Spain or Poland.

What you’ll do

  • Requirement collection and alignment: Own requirements from intake to Definition of Ready; produce user stories with acceptance criteria and non-functional requirements (performance, security, scale).
  • Continuously work with stakeholders to improve quality of requests by fulfilling the Definition of Ready with high standards.
  • Partner with architects and engineering to align on solution design.
  • Support Product Management on requirements discovery with stakeholders.
  • Support reporting and analytics needs (fields, definitions, dashboards) with RevOps/BI.
  • Governance: Define data models and taxonomies, prepare data mapping, and support migration and cutover planning.
  • Prepare and run UAT with business users; track defects to acceptance; contribute to release notes.
  • Contribute to Business and Technical refinement meetings and prioritisation sessions.
  • Drive continuous improvement: templates, standards, and cross-team ways of working.

Qualifications

Must-have

  • 3 to 5+ years as a Business Analyst in a Salesforce environment.
  • Strong requirements engineering (stories, acceptance criteria), process mapping, and stakeholder facilitation (GTM experience ideal).
  • Solid data literacy (object/field design, mappings, basic SQL/Sheets).
  • Experience coordinating UAT and working across product, engineering, or operations teams.
  • Comfortable with Jira/Confluence (or similar) and diagramming tools (Miro/Figma).
  • Excellent written and spoken English.

Nice-to-have

  • Salesforce certifications (BA, Admin, App Builder) or hands-on exposure to Sales/CS processes.
  • Extensive experience with Jira and deep knowledge of integrations and QA practices, release processes, or analytics tools.
