Overview

Pride Health is hiring a Phlebotomist to support our client’s medical facility based in Mount Kisco, NY 10549. This is a 3-month contract with possible extension or conversion.

Location: Mount Kisco, NY 10549

Duration: 3 months (Possible extension or conversion)

Pay: $20.00/hr - $23.00/hr (W2; pay rate based on experience and qualifications)

Position details

Position 1: Shift 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM, Monday–Friday; Rotational Saturdays 8:00 AM – 1:00 PM

Position 2: Shift 9:30 AM – 6:00 PM, Monday–Friday; Rotational Saturdays 8:00 AM – 1:00 PM

Job Responsibilities

• Draw blood for pediatric through geriatric patient population.
• Process lab specimens, including verifying patient identifiers, barcoding, centrifuging, pouring off, accessioning, preparing packing lists, and packaging at correct temperatures.
• Follow all Phlebotomy SOPs and OSHA safety/PPE guidelines.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Phlebotomy Certification is required.
• BLS certification is required.
