What You Can Expect At Federal Express Corporation (FEC)

• Fast paced and physical warehouse work – this role involves loading, unloading, and sorting of packages of various sizes.
• Shift lengths vary based on package volume – part time employees typically work between 3 and 6 hours a day; full time employees may work between 6 and 10 hours.
• Part time employees work one shift a day; full time employees work two shifts.
• Overtime paid after 40 hours a week.

Pay Range: $19.15 - $20.15 per hour

Additional Posting Information: Base Pay $19.55 - $20.55 + an additional $1 for Full-Time. Starting 10/12/25, all positions will begin a 12-week Seasonal rotation with opportunity to reclassify as a regular employee after the rotation, contingent upon volume.
