Base pay range: $16.00/hr - $20.00/hr

Responsibilities

• Operate the switchboard, manage front desk reception, and provide clerical support across departments to ensure effective communication and operational efficiency.
• Be the first point of contact for visitors and callers, greeting guests and routing them to the appropriate area or individual.
• Assist in entry of information related to admits, discharges, and physician changes; scan and distribute correspondence and miscellaneous items.
• Run and distribute census reports each morning and at the end of each day.
• Check therapy charges and attach census to the back of each therapist’s batch.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Working knowledge of switchboard equipment preferred.
• Ability to use computer systems and complete data entry is preferred.
• Knowledge of 10-key data entry method preferred.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to coordinate, analyze, and make decisions.
• Flexibility to work varied shifts (weekdays, weekends, evenings, nights) as required.
