Responsibilities

Provide in-home healthcare services as Home Health Aide/Certified Nursing Assistant to help those who have served our country.
Engage in one-on-one patient relationships and contribute to the patient’s health, quality of life and peace of mind.
Support patients with activities of daily living and maintain patient safety in the home setting.

Ideal Candidates

Experience in the following areas is preferred, but training will be considered: Skilled Transfers, Vital Signs, Timely and Accurate Documentation, Range of Motion, and assistance with activities of daily living including light housekeeping, meal preparation and patient hygiene.

Qualifications

Active certification as a CNA in the state(s) of practice
Current CPR certification and TB test

Shifts

Shifts available: Saturday/Sunday (7a-7p for Saturday and 7a-11a for Sunday)

Compensation

Standard Rate: $15.00 - $17.50 Hourly
