Overview

Premiere Airline Lounge Appearance Care Ambassador – United Club Lounge at Cleveland Hopkins International Airport. This is a full-time role with responsibilities focused on delivering exceptional hospitality experiences and ensuring a seamless lounge environment for travelers.

Responsibilities

• Cleans common areas, lavatories, halls, food service areas and other spaces as required.
• Sweeps, mops, vacuums and maintains floors; may perform floor care and carpeting tasks with appropriate equipment.
• Maintains cleanliness of fixtures, fixtures, lights, windows and related surfaces; uses cleaning chemicals safely per guidelines.
• Replenishes supplies, handles light maintenance items, and reports repairs as needed.
• Moves furniture and sets up tables and chairs for events or daily operations.
• Assists with safety, security and hazard prevention according to company policies.
• Participates in safety training, hazard assessments and compliance with OSHA/local requirements.
• May perform additional duties as assigned and adapt to changing client needs.

Qualifications

• High School diploma, GED or equivalent experience.
• 1 to 2+ years of high-end hospitality/culinary or related experience.
• Ability to pass TSA background check and maintain eligibility to work in the USA.

Skills/Aptitude

• Ability to learn and apply established cleaning techniques and safety practices.
• Professional appearance and conduct; strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Attention to detail, ability to work under pressure and manage time effectively.
• Basic computer and phone skills (email, texting) and comfort with electronic devices.

License/Physical Requirements

• Possess a valid driver’s license if required to drive a vehicle.
• Bloodborne Pathogen training as applicable.
• Visual and physical capabilities including standing for long periods, walking, lifting up to 40 pounds occasionally, and other mobility requirements.

Working Conditions

• Generally indoor environment; may participate in outdoor activities as needed.
• Flexible schedule including evenings, holidays, weekends and extended hours as business dictates.
• Moderate to loud noise level; exposure to cleaning chemicals; use of personal protective equipment as required.
