This role works within a management team of 3-5 to oversee daily restaurant operations, ensure effective operations, maintain high food quality and cleanliness standards, train and develop team members, review financial information, and ensure guest satisfaction. Responsibilities

• Assist with interviewing, hiring, training, and follow-up with new team members
• Ensure all food and drink are consistently prepared and served according to recipe standards and quality standards
• Fill in where needed to ensure guest satisfaction and maintain efficient operations
• Participate in ordering and monitoring inventory and supply levels, kitchen equipment, and cleanliness
• Provide leadership to drive guest experiences and team performance in a chef-inspired, wine-centric restaurant

Qualifications

• 2+ Years of Restaurant Management Experience in a high-volume, full-service environment
• Must have a passion for hospitality
• Results-driven, trustworthy, and team-oriented
• Food Manager Certification; hardworking, outgoing, positive, and friendly
• Bachelor\'s Degree or Certification in Hospitality or Culinary field is preferred

Salary & Benefits

Salary Range Commensurate With Experience: $55k-$75k / year (plus monthly profit share)
