Role Overview: Unpack Your Potential
Join Amcor as a Liquid Dock Handler. This role owns the liquid waste handling process—from ordering materials to shipping waste. You'll manage all liquid shipping/receiving, order supplies for the ink department, and handle hazardous waste, including inspecting drums to meet DOT standards.
Schedule
Shift: 1st Monday–Friday (Flex coverage on weekends)

Job Description: Possibility Unpacked
What you'll do:
- Order and manage ink, adhesives, and related materials
- Ship hazardous waste and empty drums; ensure all drums meet DOT and vendor standards
- Schedule shipments and coordinate material transfers
- Label and prepare hazardous waste drums; verify contents and compliance
- Maintain and organize the liquid dock and ink warehouse
- Perform inventory cycle counts and correct COGI errors
- Move materials using forklift or pallet jack
- Conduct daily audits and resolve non-conformities
- Lead toolbox talks or training on liquid handling
- Sign shipping manifests and bills of lading
- Support press operations and complete other duties as assigned
What we want from you: Lead the Pack
Preferred qualifications:
- Basic understanding of adhesive and ink blending
- Attention to detail
- Forklift experience
- DOT training or the ability to obtain training within a week - EHSM will assist if needed
- SAP experience
Physical Requirements
- Ability to stand for 12-hour shifts
- Stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs.
- Perform tasks in a fast-paced production environment
