Mental Health Counselor

to deliver high-quality, trauma-informed outpatient services to adults with commercial insurance. This role is part of a dynamic, multidisciplinary team composed of mental health, substance use, and medical professionals. Services are provided both in-person and via telehealth. The salary range for this position is $75,000–$85,000 annually, depending on experience. This position is located in our beautiful new offices in the historic Medical Dental Building (509 Olive Way) in downtown Seattle. Clinicians enjoy access to tenant-only amenities, including a full fitness center with sauna, the tranquil Winter garden lounge, and a café conveniently located in the lobby. MSWs are encouraged to apply. Clinical supervision for licensure is available for eligible candidates seeking LICSW, LMHC, or LMFT credentials. Requirements Your responsibilities will include: Conducting individual, couples, or group therapy sessions Developing personalized treatment plans Maintaining accurate and timely clinical documentation Participating in team consultations and peer support meetings Engaging in ongoing professional development What We’re Looking For Licensed in Washington State (LMHC, LICSW, LMFT, or equivalent) Passionate about holistic, client-centered care Skilled in trauma-informed, culturally responsive practices Comfortable working independently and collaboratively Experience with EMDR, CBT, DBT, or mindfulness-based approaches is a plus What you Have: Master’s degree in social work, counseling, psychology, or a related behavioral health field. Active Washington State Department of Health credential allowing independent clinical practice (e.g., LICSW, LMHC,). At least 2 years of clinical experience working with adults, families, or communities affected by mental health disorders, trauma, or substance use. Ability to work in a metrics- and performance-based clinical setting, with demonstrated success in meeting productivity goals: must meet monthly productivity goals of at least 95 billable service hours. Demonstrated experience with client engagement, clinical documentation, and treatment planning. Ability to maintain a culturally inclusive and client-centered approach, especially when working with diverse and underserved communities. Proficient in Microsoft Office, EHR systems, and general computer skills. Willingness and ability to travel within THS service areas as needed. What We Offer: Free On-Site Parking
