We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Outpatient Physical Therapist Assistant to join our dynamic team.
Key Responsibilities
Patient FollowUp: Conduct therapeutic exercises and modalities as instructed by the physical therapist. Treatment Planning: Assist physical therapists in developing and implementing patient treatment plans. Therapeutic Interventions: Implement various therapeutic techniques, including manual therapy, exercise prescriptions, modalities, and patient education. Documentation: Monitor and document patient progress during treatment sessions, reporting changes to the physical therapist. Patient Education: Educate patients and families on exercises, pain management techniques, and care plans Professional Atmosphere: Work collaboratively with the healthcare team to ensure optimal patient care and safety. Qualifications
Associate Degree as Physical Therapy Assistant from accredited institution. Current state licensure or eligibility for licensure as a Physical Therapist Assistant. Previous outpatient experience preferred but not required. Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment. Commitment to providing exceptional patient care Benefits
