IT Specialist - Secret Clearance role at Jobs via Dice. This role requires an Active Secret Clearance and a Security+ certification. Responsibilities
Support an Enterprise Service Desk located in Kansas City, MO, comprised of 40 technicians. Handle network end-user support worldwide and process 8–20 tickets per day. Provide troubleshooting for intranet issues, password resets, network problems, copiers, printers, scanners, and related IT infrastructure. Use Remedy as the ticketing system. Operate in a 24/7 service desk environment within a classified setting. Collaborate with in-house teams (Windows, Linux, Oracle/SQL, Storage, Network, Desktop Support, Systems Applications, Cyber) and observe opportunities for cross-team recruitment. Opportunities for upward mobility, including shift changes with tenure and potential advancement into leadership roles during the contracting period. Maintain strong interpersonal skills and a customer-service focus; problem-solving abilities are essential. Qualifications
Active DoD Secret Clearance (minimum) and CompTIA Security+ CE certification required. Strong interest in growing an infrastructure-focused career and learning the business from the ground up. Pay and Benefits
Pay range: $20.00–$30.00 per hour. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on job classification and length of employment.
