We are seeking an experienced and motivated
Cloud Engineer
to join a dynamic global IT team during an exciting transformation phase. This role will focus on designing, building, and optimizing cloud infrastructure within a Microsoft Azure environment, supporting global business operations across multiple regions. Responsibilities
Design, build, configure, and maintain Azure-based and hybrid cloud environments. Lead and support cloud migration projects, including virtual machine builds and application deployments. Ensure availability, performance, security, and scalability of cloud and hybrid services. Manage Microsoft 365 administration, including Exchange Online, SharePoint, and Intune. Administer identity and access management (IAM) solutions, including advanced conditional access policies. Implement automation and Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) practices with tools such as PowerShell, ARM templates, or Bicep. Support integration of cloud services with on-premises environments and SASE platforms. Provide Level 3/4 support for complex incidents and escalations. Collaborate with IT leadership to drive governance, cost optimization, and security best practices. Mentor and coach junior engineers, fostering a collaborative and growth-oriented environment. Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field, or equivalent experience. 7+ years of IT experience, including at least 4 years managing Azure cloud infrastructure. Proven experience with Microsoft Azure virtual machines, builds, and migrations. Strong understanding of hybrid cloud architecture, networking, and security principles. Expertise with Microsoft 365 administration (Exchange Online, SharePoint, Intune). Hands-on experience with IAM, conditional access, and cloud security frameworks. Strong knowledge of Active Directory, DNS, GPO, and Windows Server administration. Familiarity with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) and Infrastructure-as-Code tools. Exposure to AWS is a plus.
