We are looking for an experienced IT Systems Engineer - Infra and Ops to join our team. Reporting directly to the IT Operations Manager, you will be responsible for the support, administration, and overall operation of our company’s IT systems, including middleware, server platforms, applications, and general technical support. This is a key role in ensuring seamless infrastructure operations and supporting business-critical IT initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
Support all IT systems, projects, and acquisitions/divestitures.
Administer middleware including monitoring, digital fax, SQL, M365, and other essential tools.
Design and improve administrative processes to enhance efficiency and automation.
Manage server backups, recovery technologies, and disaster recovery planning and execution.
Provide systems design, documentation, and ongoing infrastructure support.
Active Directory administration including site and service configuration, upgrades, cleanup, and reporting.
Managed print services and remote location monitoring.
Data center monitoring, IP address management, and reporting.
Drive technical automation, process improvement, and system monitoring configuration.
About You
Required Skills and Experience:
Strong working knowledge of Papercut print administration tool and M365 (email, Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint).
Expertise in SQL architecture and server/database management.
Experience in Windows Server environments, VMware, and basic networking.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
Detail- and deadline-oriented with proven ability to prioritize and multi-task.
Flexible, responsive, and accountable with a strong ownership mentality.
Experience managing IT projects and infrastructure in a 2000+ user environment.
Education and Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Management Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field preferred.
3–5 years of progressively responsible IT experience supporting large-scale environments.
Vendor/application certifications are a plus, but hands-on experience is preferred.
