Technical Architect Leader – AI-Driven Digital Platforms at IBM. We are seeking a visionary Technical Architect Leader to shape the future of our enterprise-scale digital platforms. This role is at the intersection of AI, cloud, and experience-driven design, leading the architectural vision for Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) 6.5 and AEM Cloud. You’ll mentor a team of Solution Architects, drive platform innovation, and ensure that our digital ecosystem is scalable, intelligent, and future-ready. Architectural Leadership – Define and drive enterprise architecture for AEM platforms with an emphasis on cloud-native scalability, AI-driven personalization, and platform resilience. Mentorship & Leadership – Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of Solution Architects, cultivating a culture of innovation, collaboration, and technical excellence. Platform Oversight – Oversee the design, deployment, maintenance, and optimization of AEM platforms, ensuring high availability, intelligent monitoring, and continuous improvement. DevOps & Automation – Partner with DevOps teams to implement CI/CD pipelines using Kubernetes, Docker, Jenkins, and automation strategies for containerized microservices. Performance & Observability – Implement predictive monitoring and observability tools to proactively address issues and optimize system performance. Stakeholder Collaboration – Act as a trusted advisor, aligning technical architecture with business strategy, and communicating vision across both technical and executive teams. Strategic Innovation – Drive the adoption of emerging technologies, AI frameworks, and automation tools, ensuring the platform remains future-proof and competitive. Qualifications
Education
– Master’s Degree (Preferred) Required Technical And Professional Expertise
Deep expertise with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM 6.5 & AEM Cloud), including installation, configuration, upgrades, and troubleshooting. Proven success architecting enterprise-scale, cloud-native platforms using Kubernetes, Docker, and Jenkins. Experience with high-availability and failover strategies at scale. Hands-on background in solution architecture, infrastructure automation, and scripting. Proficiency with observability, performance optimization, and monitoring frameworks. Skilled in Agile delivery with tools like Jira; able to manage multiple concurrent project phases. Excellent communication skills to translate complex architecture for diverse audiences.
Preferred Technical And Professional Experience
Hands-on experience with AEM integrations and marketing automation tools. Leadership in mentoring and building high-performing architecture teams. Certifications in Adobe Experience Manager, cloud platforms, or enterprise architecture frameworks.
