The role
Role : ServiceNow Developer/Solution Architect – you will lead the design, development, and deployment of custom solutions on the ServiceNow platform. This role requires deep technical expertise and the ability to align business needs with ServiceNow capabilities. You will architect and implement modules such as ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, GRC, and CMDB, guide best practices in domain separation, integrations, and performance optimization, and work closely with stakeholders to translate requirements into solution architectures with hands-on development. This is a high-impact opportunity for someone who enjoys solving complex challenges and driving enterprise transformation through ServiceNow.
MUST BE A US CITIZEN What you’ll bring
5 years of proven experience as a ServiceNow Developer and/or Solution Architect Expertise in designing and implementing ServiceNow modules (ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, GRC, CMDB, etc.) Hands-on experience with scripting languages, including JavaScript, Glide, REST, and SOAP Ability to design and lead integrations between ServiceNow and third-party systems Experience with domain separation, flow designer, and platform security Deep understanding of ServiceNow architecture and performance tuning ServiceNow certifications such as Certified Application Developer or System Administrator preferred Strong collaboration and communication skills with the ability to interface with stakeholders Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues A passion for innovation and continuous improvement within the ServiceNow ecosystem About us
