Overview

JST is currently seeking a Senior Contract (Data) Analyst (HCA function) to join our team. This is a full-time onsite position with potential hybrid/remote work at the Defense Health Agency (DHA) in Aurora, CO. This position is contingent upon contract award. Responsibilities

Extensive knowledge or understanding of federal procurement, may be as a federal employee and/or contractor employee in the GS-1102 series or equivalent capacity as a contract specialist/administrator or procurement analyst. Utilize all phases of acquisition management. Utilize federal and DoD contracting principles (FAR/DFARS), DoD Directives and Instructions, laws, regulations, and procedures. Apply methods and techniques of fact-finding, analysis, and resolution of complex problems; develop concrete action plans to solve problems. Utilize Government-wide systems and policies: FPDS, eSRS, FSRS, FBO, FAPIIS, CPARS. Familiarity with DOD Procurement Data Standards (PDS)/PDS error Guide. Strong verbal, analytical, and written communication skills; provide clear, concise communication and documentation. Good organizational skills in tracking data and actions. Knowledge or understanding of writing professional documents and customer service. Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and SharePoint; experience with Power BI or similar BI reporting is a plus. Work with SharePoint and related collaboration tools. Additional responsibilities may be assigned. Qualifications

A bachelor’s degree is required.
