Required Skills and Qualifications
Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Several years of experience managing IT infrastructure across servers, networks, storage, and cloud platforms.
Strong knowledge of operating systems including Windows Server, Linux, and virtualization technologies like VMware or Hyper-V.
Experience with cloud platforms such as VMware , Azure, or Google Cloud.
Experience with system monitoring, performance tuning, patching and security best practices.
Good understanding of networking fundamentals, security principles, and backup/recovery strategies.
Proficiency with scripting and automation tools.
Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
Preferred Qualifications
Relevant certifications such as Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator, VMware Certified Professional, Cisco CCNA, or CompTIA Server+.
Experience with container orchestration (Kubernetes, Docker).
Familiarity with ITIL processes and service management frameworks.
Experience with infrastructure as code and DevOps methodologies.
Preferred Certifications
Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer (MCSE)
Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA)
CompTIA Network+ or Security+
