Senior Production Engineer, Process Improvement - PE Systems or Battery Systems (2 openings). Locations: PE Systems in Richmond Hill, GA; Battery System Assembly - BSA2 in Ellabell, GA. Summary

The role of this position is to provide leadership to all operations in the PE systems or BSA production department. This requires close coordination and communication with the Production, Maintenance and Headquarters to ensure that production operation meet internal and external customer requirements. MOBIS North America Electrified Powertrain, LLC. (MNAe) is a Tier 1 supplier of BSA (Battery System Assembly) and PE systems (Motor, Decelerator, and Inverter), which are key parts to produce electric vehicles, based on state-of-art manufacturing technology related to battery system assembly. Essential Functions

Develop and maintain engineering documents such as Work Standard, Control Plan, PFMEA, Work Instruction etc. Monitoring the daily production efficiency and implementing activities to ensure that KPIs meet the target. Ensure product and process quality meets specifications required. Improve manufacturing efficiency by analyzing and planning the production process, logistic flow and equipment layout. Support and lead continuous improvement, problem solving and process improvement activities. Implement continuous improvement activities for ongoing scrap reduction, cycle time reduction and downtime reduction. Ensures adherence to standard processes for data collection, documentation, and reporting Generate and execute improvement ideas for cost reduction, labor savings, material flow optimization, and safety. Communicate with relevant departments such as QA, Maintenance, Research, HQ, and Business service staff to resolve any issues that arise in plant. Ensure production teams utilize standardized work and consistent work practices across shifts and areas. Review process machine/process tooling specifications and confirmation of manufacturing specifications. Support to train production members about product and process. Comply with the Health, Safety and Environmental Policies. Process Improvement and Optimization: Identify and implement technical solutions to enhance the efficiency and optimization of the production process. Quality Management: Take measures and implement process improvements to maintain and enhance product quality Automation Integration: Integrate automation and robotics technologies to optimize the production process Cost Reduction: Develop methods to minimize raw material usage and energy consumption to improve cost-effectiveness. Technology Innovation: Research and integrate the latest technologies and industry trends into the manufacturing process to foster innovation. May be required to perform other related duties as assigned Perform work to build smart-factory Required Education & Experience

Bachelor's degree in engineering. Minimum 10 years of production engineering in automotive industry. Ability to draw using CAD software - Experience with Autodesk preferred Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint). Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines. Verbal and written communication skills. Proficiency with PLC Programing or Machine Design Drawing. Bilingual (English/Korean) is preferred but not required. Seniority level
