Responsibilities
Assist preparing the marketing presentation documents.
Assist updating past project information and Atlanta office brochure.
Organize and maintain past proposal binders.
Design
Assist Revit/AutoCad related tasks as needed (drawing, 3D, etc.).
Organize and maintain design library.
Pre-Construction
Assist initiate bid document preparations with the Business Development team.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
Proven experience in document control or a similar role.
Experience in Architecture Design/Construction industry is preferred.
Familiarity with project management methodologies.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Procore.
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
Bilingual (fluent) in Japanese and English, required.
Education Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field AND 1-3 years of architectural experience including use of CAD technology. Masters degree in Architecture or related field preferred.
