CMMS Strategy & Deployment Manager is responsible for overall support, execution and optimization of the CMMS systems across fairlife manufacturing plants. This role develops and organizes the strategic approach for implementing and utilizing the Computerized Maintenance Management System at the Goodyear, AZ, Coopersville, MI and future Webster, NY plants. Working closely with plant maintenance, engineering leadership and the supply chain transformation team to deploy and improve the CMMS. The position entails a full understanding and development of the systems required to effectively maintain plant assets, with a focus on preparation, integration and deployment of Dynaway in the Webster facility over the next 2+ years, ensuring operational readiness at startup and a consistent asset structure, work order execution process and deployment of CMMS systems at future plants. Responsibilities
Serve as a critical resource on the CMMS operational readiness workstream to deliver a complete solution prior to Webster startup Standardize asset structure, leveraging learnings across assets to optimize PM approaches Provide training, guidance and coaching to maintenance planners, mechanics and leadership to ensure consistency in work order execution and PM development Lead resources required for data input for all plant assets and spare parts Analyze CMMS data around asset care, repair time, MTBF and parts management to provide insights to maintenance leadership across sites Ensure safety procedures (including lock-out/tag out) are followed and integrated into job plans Coordinate with OEMs to gather and organize engineering, contractor and technical documents, specifications and drawings Support CMMS implementation for new sites and upgrades for existing sites, ensuring consistency and facilitating shared learnings Communicate with contractor resources and OEMs on initiatives and performance expectations Generate, improve and standardize CMMS reports to communicate the health of the work execution management process Skills and qualifications
7+ years in maintenance management, planning, mechanical disciplines, or supervisory roles Proven success implementing and deploying CMMS in manufacturing (e.g., SAP-AMM, Maximo, D365-Dynaway, MP2) Collaborative, with strong interpersonal skills to engage mechanics, operators, vendors, OEM suppliers and leadership Skilled in cost analysis and KPI development for maintenance programs Experience leading planning meetings and reporting outcomes to stakeholders Ability to assess training needs and act as a Train the Trainers SME on CMMS systems Strong track record applying preventive maintenance across multiple sites using data analytics from CMMS Proficient in database navigation and digital reporting for reliability and inventory data Associate, Trade, or Bachelor's degree in Maintenance or Engineering, or equivalent hands-on experience Position details
