ENVENTION is looking to staff systems engineers of varying experience (mid-level and above) in support of Air and Missile Defense (AMD) mission planning software supporting U.S. Warfighters and Allies in the field. Why Join ENVENTION?

Bachelor’s degree or above in Systems Engineering, Software Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field of study from an accredited university Systems engineering experience, including requirements analysis, system architecture, or interface definition. Experience with Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) tools (e.g., Cameo or MagicDraw). Proven ability to understand and define system interfaces, architecture, and behavior. Experience with Requirements Impact Assessments, Change Requests, and Engineering Change Proposals Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate with UX designers, software developers, systems engineers, test engineers, technical writers, and end users Ability to understand and design large-scale software systems, including related services and component interfaces Experience working on teams using Agile methodologies Proficient understanding of software development practices and software processes Must be available to work onsite in Huntsville, AL. Must have an active DoD Secret Clearance or higher Preferred Qualifications
Integrated Air and Missile Defense experience Experience with Tactical Data Links Provide technical solutions to a wide range of difficult problems Experience with Git, Jira, and DevOps Knowledge in preparing both written and oral presentations Experience working in small technical teams Security Clearance Statement: This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.
