Actalent We are seeking a motivated
Project Engineer
to support the delivery of a large-scale hyperscale data center project. This role is ideal for someone with a strong foundation in construction engineering and a passion for high-performance infrastructure.
Responsibilities
Assist with RFIs, submittals, and document control to ensure timely and accurate communication. Track material deliveries and coordinate with vendors to maintain schedule integrity. Support project scheduling and progress tracking in collaboration with field and office teams. Help manage site logistics, including winterization efforts and seasonal planning. Communicate effectively with field teams to resolve issues promptly and maintain project momentum.
Required Skills & Experience
2–4 years of experience in construction engineering or construction management. Strong technical and organizational skills with attention to detail. Familiarity with construction documentation and software tools (e.g., Procore, Bluebeam, MS Project). Willingness to work on remote sites and adapt to evolving project needs. Ability to work extended hours during peak construction phases.
Preferred Skills
Experience in commercial construction, especially data center or mission-critical infrastructure. Knowledge of estimation, project management, and field coordination. Strong interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate across teams.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $90,000.00 - $130,000.00/yr.
Workplace Type
This is a fully onsite position in Underwood, ND.
