We’re seeking a Senior Staff iOS Engineer to take the lead in shaping the future of our mobile applications and redefining how people interact with critical services through their devices. In this role, you will own the architectural vision, define technical standards, and set the pace for iOS engineering excellence across the organization. You’ll guide and mentor talented mobile engineers, while collaborating with design and product teams to deliver elegant, high-performance solutions at scale. Architect and deliver sophisticated iOS applications using Swift and modern frameworks to power critical user workflows. Lead high-impact feature development and major technical initiatives that influence the direction of the mobile product. Collaborate with product managers, designers, and backend teams to translate complex requirements into refined, user-friendly interfaces. Define and champion best practices in testing, performance optimization, and mobile engineering quality. Drive technical simplification through thoughtful refactoring, modularization, and systems-level improvements. Mentor engineers, guide architectural decisions, and lead design reviews to ensure scalable, maintainable solutions. Own delivery of highly visible projects that set new benchmarks for user experience and mobile innovation. What You’ll Bring
10+ years of experience in mobile or full-stack engineering, with proven expertise in production-scale iOS application development. Deep knowledge of Swift, UIKit, SwiftUI, Combine, and other modern Apple technologies. Demonstrated success leading complex, cross-functional mobile initiatives with significant user and business impact. Strong understanding of mobile UX, accessibility, Apple Human Interface Guidelines, and performance optimization techniques. Proficiency in debugging, profiling, and solving technical challenges across multiple layers of mobile systems. Exceptional communication and collaboration skills, able to align stakeholders and influence technical direction across teams. Passion for mentoring engineers, growing technical talent, and fostering a culture of ownership, craft, and continuous improvement.
