Job Title: Inspector - CMM Programmer
Pay rate: $30/hr.
Location: Simi Valley, CA
Start Date: Right Away
Shift: 1st shift; 5am-1:30pm
The Inspector- CMM Programmer supports the quality receiving inspection department, calibration team, and engineering department with basic quality receiving functions.

Inspection of incoming materials, processes, parts, and assemblies, to assure quality products Work with Net-inspect and create FAIR's. Work with height gauges, sine plates, calipers, micrometers, comparator, profilometer etc. Must have a high sense of urgency, the ability to meet schedule requirements, and awareness of Quality Department's business impact Promote working relationships between inspection personnel and other departments Consistent exercise of independent judgment and discretion in matters of significance Must speak, comprehend, write, and read English Regular, consistent and punctual attendance is required. May need to work weekends and additional hours as necessary Other responsibilities as assigned Education And Experience:
High school diploma required. 5 plus years' experience with inspection CMM programming and operation - MCOSMOS, PC-DMIS, CMM Manager Knowledge, Skills And Abilities:
Skilled at performing examinations and quality control inspections on products, materials, components and parts on all types of standard and special products Knowledge of Shop Math and GD&T Experience working in aerospace manufacturing required Intimate knowledge of AS9102, AS9100 Familiar with calibration systems and techniques Excellent internal customer service skills Strong attention to detail, good organizational skills and the ability to prioritize with changing situations Ability to recognize and solve typical problems and select solutions from established options Good interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills to drive tasks to completion Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite Belcan is an equal opportunity employer.
