Overview
Candidate must have experience with concrete reinforcing, structural steel, misc. metals including materials, fabrication processes & methods, negotiation, budgeting, scheduling, engineering & delivery methods. Must have strong communication & relationship management skills, ability to work under pressure in fast paced fluid environment without supervision, proficient with reading & interpreting structural drawings & specifications, general oversight of submittals, collaborate with Production Manager, have excellent organizational, prioritization & be detail oriented. Responsibilities
Experience with concrete reinforcing, structural steel, and miscellaneous metals including materials, fabrication processes and methods. Negotiation, budgeting, scheduling, engineering and delivery methods. Strong communication and relationship management skills; ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced, fluid environment without supervision. Proficient in reading and interpreting structural drawings and specifications. General oversight of submittals; collaborate with Production Manager. Exhibit excellent organizational skills, prioritization, and attention to detail. Qualifications
Minimum of an associate degree in Drafting/Estimating or Construction Management, or a BS in Civil Engineering or Construction Management preferred. Benefits
