Position Description Key Responsibilities:
Track and manage project costs, forecasts, and reports
Handle RFIs, submittals, invoices, and contract documentation
Support procurement, scheduling, and project startup/closeout
Assist with safety, quality, and risk management
Coordinate with subcontractors and vendors
Support Project Manager in day-to-day operations
Position Requirements Are you ready to bring your skills to a company where your impact truly matters? We\'re seeking motivated professionals with:
A
bachelor’s degree in civil engineering or construction management
and
2+ years of experience
in civil construction —
or
3+ years of hands-on experience
in the field
Solid understanding of
field operations, construction practices, and project workflows
Familiarity with
Viewpoint
and
scheduling software
(a plus!)
A strong communicator and relationship-builder who can
lead through influence , drive change, and deliver results across teams
