Non-union glass company seeking lead glaziers with 2-3 years or more experience and prior experience as a lead glazier, managing other glaziers. Must be able to plan logistics for contract projects and service work calls. Able to manage equipment, shop fabrication, and logistics for shop operations and service work calls throughout Northern California. Experience managing other glaziers and leading the team to complete tasks efficiently. Able to correct, teach, and guide other glaziers in a professional manner. Must speak English clearly, have good communication skills, be willing to work as a team member, take instruction from the supervisor, and have a clean driving record (no DUI). We are looking for candidates who are self-motivated, hard-working, and clear communicators who can become part of this growing, dynamic team. We value safety and professional conduct with the company and our customers. We fabricate and install aluminum storefront, curtainwall, and related systems, along with setting glass, installing doors, windows, panels, and screens. Measuring openings accurately is essential. We have ongoing service work throughout Northern CA, requiring the skills mentioned as well as accurate field communication with the supervisor for ordering materials, managing tasks, and managing time on site to meet our customers\' needs. Responsibilities typically include reporting to the shop for service work calls and job-site reporting for contract work.
