Overview We are looking for a Sr. Full Stack Software Developer who will be part of the Technology organization responsible for providing new innovative products in Banking and Lending solutions for advisors and home office. This role requires working with key stakeholders to deliver vision and integrated capabilities via self-service on investor-facing platforms and experiences. The successful candidate will foster engineering excellence, lead high-performing teams, and collaborate with an engineering, product and design team to create world-class products. The role emphasizes creating high-quality solutions in an empowering environment.

Responsibilities

Support the team’s development efforts toward successful project delivery and application support.

Design, develop, test and implement technical solutions based on premise and on AWS in a containerized microservices architecture.

Provide technical leadership through design, code reviews, and implementation of best practices, adhering to SDLC and RM processes.

Collaborate with Development teams, Enterprise Architecture and Support teams to design, develop, test and maintain platforms and their integrations with other systems.

Assess opportunities for application and process improvements and document platform road maps.

Maintain, troubleshoot, optimize and enhance existing systems.

Communicate with technical and non-technical groups as part of product and project support.

Requirements

5+ years of experience in hands-on full-stack software development.

5+ years of experience in design and implementation of complex systems, including data and reporting.

5+ years of experience with AWS serverless architecture on public cloud using .Net, Angular, JavaScript, and SQL & No-SQL databases.

5+ years of experience with AWS end-to-end cloud development, deployment, and performance tuning (including EKS, Aurora, Glue, S3, Athena, RDS, EventBridge).

5+ years in creating ETL and data pipelines from structured and unstructured sources.

Core Competencies

Excellent verbal and written communication skills, both technical and non-technical.

Strong estimation, foresight, analytical and problem-solving skills.

Ability to interface with customers to gather business needs and present solutions.

Effective planning, prioritizing and execution of tasks using available resources and tools.

Preferences

Object-Oriented Programming and design experience.

Experience with containerization and orchestration technologies (Docker, Kubernetes, Nginx).

Cloud experience (AWS or Azure).

Experience in financial industry, particularly wealth and asset management.

Reporting and data experience; experience with Python (PySpark, NumPy, SciPy, AWS Glue) and SQL.

Pay Range $106,125-$176,875/year. Actual base salary varies based on factors including relevant skill, prior experience, education, internal peers’ salaries, demonstrated performance, and geographic location.
