Overview
Outstanding opportunity for a high energy, experienced Physician Assistant to join the staff of dynamic, highly regarded ED practitioners at Longwood Specialty Physicians (LSP) at Beth Israel Deaconess Hospital-Plymouth, in Plymouth, Massachusetts as Advanced Practice Provider. Provide direct patient care relative to physical diagnosis and therapeutic management for patients in the Emergency Department working under the supervision of a licensed physician.
Responsibilities
Patient management and physician support in the main Emergency Department Manage Fast Track and Behavioral Health Unit patients Contribute to a fully democratic, physician-led practice Maintain malpractice insurance Collaborate in an exciting and collaborative environment with standardized clinical practices, quality systems, and a fully integrated electronic health record to ensure excellence in patient care

Job Requirements
Master's degree in Physician Assistant Massachusetts state licensure MA Board authorization to practice licensure American Heart Association - Basic Life Support Certificate and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support Certification in Pediatric Advanced Life Support preferred but not required Valid prescriptive authority from both the MA DPH-DCP and Federal DEA Experience working in an Emergency Department or Urgent Care Center Competency in provision of care to patients of all ages
