Location: This is a 100% remote position located in the DACH or BeNeLux regions. Responsibilities
Lead initial meetings and discovery sessions with customers and partners Lead network architecture discussions through workshops and whiteboard sessions Assist customers and partners with the design and deployment of Alkira solutions Create and update best practices guidelines for the design and deployment of Alkira Provide technical support for our customers Own customer success on key accounts, helping with adoption and expansion Build relationships and collaborate with customer networking and cloud teams Influence the product road map through customer feedback and learnings from the field Track and drive key customer features/asks with Alkira product management Minimum Requirements
Strong networking fundamentals (i.e. CCNA/CCNP level knowledge) Strong cloud fundamentals (preferred) Minimum 3+ years of technical sales experience or customer consulting Technical hands-on experience designing hybrid and public cloud infrastructure Experience with large-scale network design and deployment Experience using cloud automation and orchestration tools (preferred) Strong passion for sales and creating long-lasting professional relationships Flexibility to travel Excellent written and verbal communication skills About Alkira
