Overview
Kona Medical Consulting is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in Grand Blanc, Michigan, and surrounding areas.
Responsibilities
Conduct functional behavior assessments and skill-based assessments.
Develop individualized treatment plans and behavior intervention plans (BIP’s).
Provide ongoing supervision, training, and support for RBTs, BTs, and clinical staff.
Collect, analyze, and review client data to guide decision-making.
Collaborate with families to ensure consistency across home and other environments.
Ensure services align with BACB ethical guidelines and insurance requirements.
Participate in team meetings, clinical reviews, and professional development.
Pay Range and Benefits
Base pay range: $69,000.00/yr - $70,000.00/yr. Final pay will be based on skills and experience; discuss with your recruiter.
Salary range observed: $75,000 - $80,000 annually.
Health Insurance & Stipend: Eligible full-time BCBAs may select a group health insurance package; $750 monthly healthcare stipend, paid after 90 days of continuous employment.

Qualifications
Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification required.
Experience designing and overseeing ABA programs; ability to supervise RBTs/BTs.
