Overview
Coordinate end-to-end planning and execution of marketing and product campaigns across different surfaces and channels. Partner with product managers, design, analytics, and operations to ensure campaigns are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with business goals. Responsibilities
Coordinate end-to-end planning to execution of marketing and product campaigns across different surfaces and channels. Partner with product managers, design, analytics, and operations teams to ensure campaigns are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with business goals. Collaborate with different internal partner teams (growth teams) to determine prioritization and rank requests to match delivery capacity. Manage campaign intake requests, track status, and maintain documentation for visibility across stakeholders. Partner with analytics team to coordinate and deliver on insights. Ensure campaign assets, targeting rules, and personalization logic are correctly implemented across surfaces and channels. Troubleshoot campaign issues and escalate blockers proactively. Support process improvement initiatives to increase campaign velocity, quality, and scalability. Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field (or equivalent work experience). 4-6 years of experience in campaign operations, marketing coordination, or related roles in a tech or SaaS environment. Familiarity with marketing automation and campaign management tools (e.g., Adobe Journey Optimizer, Marketo, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, HubSpot). Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment. Strong interpersonal skills to engage with internal stakeholders, ability to negotiate and set expectations, and manage critical deliverables. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across cross-functional teams. Analytical mindset; comfortable working with data to identify trends, insights, and opportunities. Preferred Skills (Nice to Have)
Experience with A/B testing and campaign experimentation frameworks. Knowledge of customer data platforms (CDPs), personalization engines, or audience segmentation tools. Familiarity with JIRA or other project management systems. Basic understanding of HTML/CSS/JSON for email templates or web campaigns. Compensation
