Job Description
The Department of Statistics at the University of Florida, College of Liberal Arts and Sciences, invites applications for three full-time, nine-month, tenure-accruing positions at the rank of assistant professor, beginning August 16, 2026. Applicants will have a Ph.D. in statistics, biostatistics, computer science, or related field. The salary is competitive and commensurate with qualifications and experience and includes a full benefits package.
We are interested in candidates with research interests in causal inference or Bayesian methodology, and we also welcome strong applicants from the broader fields of statistics and machine learning. The job duties include teaching, research, and service.
