St. Benedict’s Preparatory School is seeking an Assistant Director of Prospect Research to support donor engagement and fundraising efforts. The role will organize and manage a comprehensive donor research program to enable the Advancement team to cultivate and engage donors effectively. By preparing detailed donor profiles, conducting in-depth research, and contributing to donor strategy meetings, the Assistant Director will help shape the school’s future fundraising success, particularly in preparation for its upcoming comprehensive campaign. The successful candidate will build and maintain a robust pipeline of prospective donors and ensure accurate data and insights are available to the Advancement team and senior leaders. This is an opportunity for an experienced researcher who has excellent organizational skills and thrives in a collaborative environment. A commitment to non-profit fundraising and the values of Benedictine education is essential, and familiarity with development software such as Raiser's Edge is a plus. Salary range: $75,000-$90,000.
