Provide primary support of female clients in a residential facility in support of program goals and objectives. Monitor access to bathrooms and maintain cleanliness and safety of bathrooms, dormitories and the overall facility. Oversee daily shelter activities; enforce program rules and regulations; perform intake process and log entries; provide a safe and orderly environment; address client behavior issues; and assist with maintaining cleanliness of the facility. Collaborate within a team including administration, case management and security personnel. Take the intake for all clients and report client behavior issues to the program manager or case management team. Provide appropriate referrals as necessary. Provide direction and crisis intervention to clients as needed. Assist in maintaining the cleanliness and safety of the facility and dorm areas. Maintain safety of clients and staff (CPI de-escalation, contacting 911, incident reporting, etc.). Enforce rules, mediate and resolve conflicts among residents; make log entries for assigned shifts; inform supervisors of safety or security concerns. Participate in quality improvement processes to deliver best-practice services. Assist in providing safe storage and access for clients’ self-administration of medication, as needed. Perform other related duties as assigned. Qualifications

Education and Experience High School diploma or GED required. Six months experience in the human service or customer service field, preferably with persons who are homeless. Basic computer skills in MS Office Software, web browsing, and navigation of MS Windows platform; or willingness to be trained on developing computer skills. Skills and Competencies Knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer service. Ability to establish and maintain cooperative working relationships. Compensation and Benefits
