Employment Opportunity
Inter-Con is seeking motivated individuals for the role of Armed Diplomatic Security Officer. You will be part of an elite security team protecting critical assets and diplomats across multiple locations in the United States.
Location
Location: Tucson (as listed in the material) and other client sites as required; Job Location in the details shows San Diego, CA.

Specific Requirements
Be a minimum of 21 years of age; be eligible to work in the United States; possess a high school diploma or GED; ability to obtain and maintain a Top-Secret clearance; fluent in written and spoken English; possess a valid US driver’s license.
Option A: Minimum of three (3) years active duty military service, with rank of E-4 or higher upon Honorable Discharge; OR
Option B: Graduate of a certified federal, state, or local law enforcement training academy, a military police school, or US Marine Corps Marine Security Guard/Security Forces School; OR
Option C: Minimum of three (3) years of federal/state/local law enforcement or military police experience; OR
Option D: Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited school with relevant knowledge, skills, and abilities; OR
Option E: Associate’s Degree in Criminal Justice (or 60 credit hours with 27 in core) and recent employment in criminal justice with relevant abilities; OR
Option F: Minimum of three (3) years of verified armed security officer experience in the most recent four years with similar requirements.
Work Environment and Schedule
Work occurs at client sites indoors or outdoors. Position requires prolonged standing and walking during security activities. Open availability Nights, Weekends, Holidays and overtime as directed. May work various shifts and holidays; time flexibility depending on company needs.
