We’re looking for a
Financial Analyst
to serve as a strategic partner to Ping Identity’s Go-to-Market (GTM) organization, with a dedicated focus on supporting our global marketing teams. In this role, you’ll be the go-to expert for budgeting, forecasting, and financial insights that enable smarter, data-driven decisions across GTM initiatives. This position is hybrid, requiring 1-2 days per week working from our HQ in Denver, CO. What You'll Do Manage expenses:
Being an integral part of the marketing expense accrual process, collaborating directly with the team to ensure costs are captured accurately. Own the marketing budget:
Lead the forecasting and budgeting processes for all global marketing teams and initiatives. Reconcile with precision:
Dive into the details, meticulously reconciling budget vs. actuals and providing clear insights into spending trends. Measure success:
Partner with the marketing team to measure the ROI and financial impact of campaigns and programs. Leverage Anaplan:
Use Anaplan for all reporting, tracking, and analysis, helping to build a single source of truth for marketing financials. What You'll Bring At least 3 years of experience in financial analysis, with a focus on marketing or commercial teams. A strong accounting foundation, with hands-on experience in managing accruals and expense recognition. Strong experience with budget vs. actual reconciliation, financial reporting and forecasting. Direct experience with Anaplan for financial reporting and planning. You are an expert with Excel and comfortable building robust financial models. You have a bachelor’s degree in finance or a related field, or equivalent experience. The Right Fit This role is ideal for someone who loves the details but also sees the bigger picture.
