Overview
MTSI is hiring an Autonomy Analyst with a TS/SCI clearance to support a Government Office at Joint Base Langley-Eustis in Virginia. The successful candidate will be responsible for researching and defining requirements, working closely with Air Force program managers and industry subject matter experts across multiple domains (air, space, cyber) to provide innovative solutions for early development weapon systems and sub-systems. Serve as the technical expert on autonomy in support of fighter-like autonomous aircraft. Developing requirements for and evaluating autonomy software. Development, delivery and sustainment of aviation capability for the US Air Force. Assist government and industry partners in requirements definition and refinement, as well as assessment of autonomy software and capabilities. Interact with multiple government and industry partners across the DoD and commercial industry domain, managing air system contractor in terms of cost, schedule, and performance. Regularly interface with AFLCMC, AFRL, other services, other Government organizations, weapon schools, and industry when performing duties associated with the SMO. Qualifications Required
6-8 years of experience in fighter or unmanned aircraft. Experience in software or autonomous systems. 2 years of experience in requirements or government acquisition. Minimum of 3 years of SAP experience within the last 6 years required. Education
Bachelor's degree. Desired skills
5th Gen aircraft or LO RPA experience. Advanced degrees in software development or autonomy. MAJCOM staff experience. Clearance Requirements
Clearance Required: Top Secret with SCI. Please Note: U.S. Citizenship is required for this position, due to contract requirements. Travel: Position requires up to 15% travel to CONUS/OCONUS areas. About MTSI and Benefits
