Job title: Regional Commercial Controller EMEA
Location: Segrate (MI), Italy
The reporting line goes to the Finance Director Italy but the work is directly for the Head of Finance EMEA.

Your key responsibilities:
Drive budgeting, forecasting, and full P&L analysis (Sales, GPx, EBITDA). Deliver insights on monthly performance across countries, segments, and customers. Support demand planning by consolidating and challenging regional inputs. Own daily/weekly/monthly reporting and act as gatekeeper for rebate processes. Lead cost variance analysis, accruals, budget tracking, and ensure IFRS compliance. We bring

2 years of experience in Financial Planning & Analysis, commercial controlling, or management reporting. Strong analytical mindset and ability to translate data into actionable insights. Preferred experience with SAP and Power BI; Microsoft 365 tools knowledge (mandatory Microsoft Office Package knowledge). Solid understanding of management accounting and financial principles. A proactive, self-starter attitude with the maturity to work independently. Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or equivalent. Fluency in English.
