As a Finance Specialist with deep JAMIS ERP expertise, you will play a pivotal role in our accounting and financial operations. You’ll leverage your hands-on JAMIS experience to process transactions, maintain system integrity, support month-end close, and produce accurate financial analyses for our government contracting business. You’ll collaborate closely with program managers, the Enterprise Service team, and corporate leadership to ensure seamless financial processes and insightful reporting. Responsibilities

Enter and code high-volume vendor invoices, time entries, and journal vouchers in JAMIS Resolve invoice discrepancies and vendor inquiries; manage accounts payable and receivable functions reviews, license management Identify opportunities to optimize and streamline JAMIS workflows and financial processes Support indirect rate structure reviews and periodic updates to cost allocation methodologies Collaborate on system enhancements and rollouts, engaging stakeholders to define requirements Prepare documentation and schedules for internal and external audits Lead or support month-end close task reconciliations, accruals, and intercompany entries Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts, cost pools, and indirect rate allocations Ensure compliance with GAAP and government contracting regulations Provide support for general accounting tasks and ad-hoc projects as assigned by management. Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field preferred. Minimum of three (3) years of hands-on experience with JAMIS ERP in a government contracting environment. At least two (2) years of Accounts Payable experience with strong knowledge of vendor management and payment processes. Two (2) years of general ledger and month-end close activities. Solid understanding of GAAP, cost pool maintenance, and indirect rate structures. Familiarity with government contract accounting and cost allocation practices. Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time management skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Office Suite. Experience with BI reporting tools a plus. Ability to communicate effectively with vendors, staff, and all levels of management. Demonstrated ability to work independently and prioritize tasks in a deadline-driven environment. Job Details
