Vishay Intertechnology, Inc. is seeking a Senior Division Control Analyst to support Dale Resistors and Inductors. This position provides management with data used for Variance Analysis and Financial/Product Line reporting. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree in Business, with an emphasis in Accounting preferred. Background in programming language, including MES, is helpful. The candidate must be able to effectively communicate with internal customers and have knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Access, Outlook, and mainframe systems. Responsibilities:

Download, sort, and provide global financial and financial support data to be used in variance analysis by North American Divisions. Support IT projects with Master Data analysis and formatting, including SAP, MES, and other system projects. Train controlling personnel on the use of new capabilities in Excel, SAP, Business Objectives, etc. Standardize and provide data for various reconciliation tools used to complete the Financial Close. Become trained as a gatekeeper for SAP allocations and maintain allocations. Responsible for a higher level of reporting from the Business Objectives sales database. Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Business required; emphasis in Accounting preferred. Background in programming language helpful, including MES. Must be able to effectively communicate with internal customers. Knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Access, Outlook, and mainframe systems a plus. What We Offer:
